Reading and navigation
The site uses headings, visible control labels, a skip-to-content link, and keyboard focus indicators. Multiplication charts use semantic tables with row and column headers. Large tables scroll inside their own region so the rest of the page can fit a small screen.
Using the learning grids
Each answer field is labeled with its row and column factors. Use Tab to move through fields or the arrow keys to move to a neighboring cell. After checking answers, a status message reports the results and each attempted field’s label states “correct” or “try again.” Results do not rely on color alone.
Paper and JavaScript alternatives
Charts and starter worksheet content are available without JavaScript. Fixed Letter and A4 PDF downloads are available without JavaScript. Interactive controls, custom PDF generation, and printing current settings require JavaScript. You can use your browser’s Print command for the initial content. Downloadable PDFs are intended primarily for printing and are not tagged for screen-reader navigation; use the HTML tables and question lists for that task.
Motion and zoom
The site respects reduced-motion preferences. You can zoom using your browser controls. At narrow widths, tables may need horizontal scrolling while controls and explanatory text remain in the page width.
